I had the great honour of spending the day filming with Fiona Armstrong today for a Border Life (ITV) TV special on the life and times of oor Dr Flora Murray.

Retracing my steps to relay how my story with Flora unfolded, we visited Dalton Church, Dumfries’ Ewart Library and Dumfries Museum. It was an invigorating experience to see how far we’ve come since those early weeks in 2022 when Flora first came into my world, and the incredible journey she has taken me on since.
